B1V. Vermicelli Noodle | Bún Chay

Crispy Fried Tofu served on a bed of rice vermicelli noodles, bean sprouts, lettuce, cucumber, and fresh herbs. Topped with peanut, fried scallions, pickle carrot and daikon. Served with house soy sauce. 

C1V. Stir-Fried Garlic Green Beans with Tofu

Pan stir-fried garlic and extra fine green beans with tofu in house sauce. Served with Jasmine rice and a side of  tomato, cucumber, and a house soy sauce. 

T1V. Vegan Green Curry

Thai spices blended in a hot chili paste with green peas, carrot, onion, and bell peppers in coconut milk. Choices of fried tofu or vegetables. Served with Jasmine rice.

Traditional slow cooked noodle soup prepared by layering your choice of meat on a bowl of rice noodles, garnished with thinly slices onions, green onion, and cilantro.  Then finished off with a steamy savory broth. Served with a side of fresh basil leaves and bean sprouts.
